The Campaign is valid during the Campaign Period only, and the customers must trade in their old TV at the time of purchasing the selected TV size in 55 inch & above only.

By participating in this Campaign, the consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (SENHENG) Terms and Conditions.

SENHENG reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes in connection with the Campaign, the decision of SENHENG is final.

SENHENG reserves the right to refuse any trade-in for any reason.

During the Campaign Period, SENHENG may collect consumers’ information, including personal information taken during the Campaign.

The Customer must have obtained the device by legal means and is not trading in a lost or stolen device. In the circumstances that it is indicating that the device was stolen or was not obtained by legal means, SENHENG reserves the right to deliver the device and your particulars and details to the authorities.

Customer shall trade-in old TV in working condition to enjoy the trade-in rebate.

During the old TV pick-up, should the Senheng service technician find the old TV is not ready to be collected, there will be no further or any alternative pick-up arrangement.

All sales transactions are final. No refund or exchange is accepted.

If the article's value exceeds the trade-in rebate amount, the Customer must pay the difference.

No refund for purchases of products less than the Trade-in rebate value/amount.

Trade-in rebate is not exchangeable for cash.

Trade-in rebate is only valid for selected TV brands and models and can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Trade-in rebate cannot be transferred to a third party and can only be redeemed only by the respective trade-in customer.

With the purchase of an eligible TV from selected brands and models, you would be eligible for an exclusive trade-in rebate.
You may trade-in only one TV per new TV purchased.
- Only slim TV is accepted for the trade-in.
- You must be the legal owner of the trade-in TV.
- Your trade-in TV must not be tied to any existing instalment.
- In the event your trade-in TV is tied to any existing instalment, you are required to pay for the instalment even though you have traded in your TV to us.
Yes, we accept defective TV but customer will need to payback half of the rebate amount, as the rebate amount is based on TV in good working condition.

Your trade-in rebate is applied upon your check out payment.
Yes, your old slim TV will be collected by Senheng service technician upon delivery of your new TV.
If the TV's value exceeds trade-in rebate amount, then the difference must be paid by the customer.
