The Samsung Galaxy S22 Series and Galaxy Tab S8 Series Pre-Order Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd ("Senheng"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Senheng offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
Duration:
The Campaign will run from 9th February 2022, 11:00:00 to 3rd March 2021, 23:59:59. Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above (as of 1 January 2002 with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.
Payment:

(P1 - EXTRA 1 YEAR WARRANTY) How can I enjoy an extra 1-year warranty?
- New Member = You need to sign up for our P1 membership (here) and pay a membership fee of RM12. Upon successful sign up, login to your account and start to make the Pre-Order purchase in order to ensure that your pre-order entitles for the Extra 1-year Warranty.
- Existing Member = You need to ensure that you login to your account and start to make the Pre-Order purchase in order to ensure that your pre-order entitles for the Extra 1-year Warranty.
Warranty:
What is the warranty for this Pre-Order Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, S8 Ultra?
- Non P1 member = Customer who is non P1 member will only entitle 1-year manufacturer warranty for Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, S8 Ultra.
- P1 member = Customer who is already an active P1 member will enjoy a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and on top, an additional 1-year P1 warranty from Senheng (1 year + 1 year) for Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, S8 Ultra.
After purchasing the pre-order and receiving my device, how do I activate the warranty?
- The warranty of the device will start after the order has been invoiced and as of when the device has been activated.
Can I change the device color during store pick up?
- Customers are not advised to change their pre-order models' color due to stocks limitation during the pre-order period.
Payment:
(AEON EASY PAYMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my pre-order (Using store pick-up with RM300 deposit) via AEON Easy Payment?
- Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for Easy Payment application. Kindly note that “Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, S8 Ultra Pre-order Booking” (Deposit) is only valid for 30 days and your order will be cancelled if it exceeds beyond 30 days. Please note: this option is only available if you are making the pre order purchase with store pick-up option (RM300 Deposit)
(0% INTEREST INSTALMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my pre-order via Instalment?
- Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for up to 36 months 0% Interest Easy Payment Plan via all major banks. Please note: this option is only available if you are making the pre order purchase with store pick-up option (RM300 Deposit)

Yes you can, all you need to do is to speak to our in-store sales personnel to process the order for you.
(VCARE) What is VCARE?
VCare is an optional extended warranty provided by Senheng for our P1 members. The extended warranty covers an additional 2 years on top of all warranty stated above, meaning a total of 4 years warranty coverage for Apple iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, P1 members are required to purchase VCare in order to extend the warranty during purchase.
(VCARE) During store pick-up, can I purchase V-Care for my pre-order Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, S8 Ultra?
Yes you can, however during your pre-order purchase, you need to ensure that you login to your P1 account to make the pre-order purchase. Any P1 sign-up during store pick-up, benefits will not be extended to the pre-order. Same applies on V-Care purchase.
RM300 S-coin Cashback (ROI)
S-Coin cashback will credit to customers P1 account within 2 working days after SON invoiced.
RM300 S-coins cashback only entitled for customers who had registered interest with us on S22 previously.

Subject to paragraph 3 below, an eligible Customer who fulfills all the following criteria is entitled to receive a cashback of RM30 (“Cashback"):

Offer is limited to the first 350 Transactions only.
