- Terms and Conditions for PlusOne Prime Membership
1. Eligibility
1.1 New Application
PlusOne Prime Membership is open to new applicants who meet the eligibility
criteria as set forth in the standard terms and conditions of the PlusOne

2.1 PlusOne Prime Membership shall be valid for a period of Twelve (12) consecutive years, commencing on the date of subscription or upgrade.
2.2 The membership is strictly non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, either in whole or in part. - Membership Upgrade
Card Type
3.1 Existing PlusOne Classic and Basic members can upgrade to PlusOne Prime Membership by paying the fees as set out in the official fee schedule.
3.2 Expired PlusOne members shall renew their membership by paying the requisite fees to qualify for PlusOne Prime Membership.
3.3 Once the upgrade to PlusOne Prime is processed, the transaction shall be deemed final and cannot be cancelled. - Free Delivery Services
4.1 PlusOne Prime members shall be entitled to free delivery services, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this Clause 4 and 5.
4.2 This benefit is non-transferable and shall apply solely to qualifying purchase(s) made through the registered and valid PlusOne Prime member account.
4.3 The delivery benefit is limited to personal and household use only.
4.4 For the purposes of this Clause, "qualifying purchase" shall mean a purchase of RM500 and above (inclusive of tax) in a single receipt or sales order, subject to the following conditions:
• The RM500 threshold applies exclusively to Consumer Electronics and Digital Gadgets products only.
• Services, Insurance, Extended Warranties and vouchers, are expressly excluded from the RM500 calculation.
• Where the total value of Consumer Electronics and/or Digital Gadgets below RM500, the free delivery benefit does not apply. - Scope of Free Delivery
5.1 Free delivery services are available only within Malaysia and are limited to locations covered by Senheng, senQ, and their authorized logistics partners (“Senheng’s Logistics Service Area”). Senheng reserves the right to decline deliveries to addresses outside the designated service area.
5.2 The benefit covers standard delivery for qualifying purchases from Senheng or senQ retail stores.
5.3 Deliveries related to S-Coin redemptions under the Senheng APP's S-Coin Redemption Centre (SCRC) are expressly excluded from this benefit. - Misuse of PlusOne Prime Membership
6.1 Senheng reserves the right to monitor delivery frequency and usage patterns to identify any unusual, excessive, or potentially improper use of the PlusOne Prime Membership.
6.2 If Senheng identifies, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, any misuse of the PlusOne Prime Membership (which includes but not limited to activities such as reselling, commercial redistribution, or use for purposes other than personal consumption), Senheng may, at its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:
• Request additional verification or supporting documentation;
• Temporarily suspend the free delivery benefit; or
• Terminate the PlusOne Prime Membership and revoke all associated privileges. - Delivery Address
7.1 Deliveries will be made only to the address specified in the Sales Order provided by the PlusOne Prime member.
7.2 Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or recipient absence may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the particular delivery. - General Terms and Conditions
8.1 All standard terms and conditions applicable to the PlusOne Membership shall apply to the PlusOne Prime Membership, except where expressly modified by these Terms and Conditions. - Modifications and Amendments
9.1 Senheng reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and
Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the membership status, privileges and rewards offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to affected PlusOne members. Notice of such changes will be provided through publication on Senheng’s and senQ’s official websites.
9.2 No compensation, refund, or replacement shall be provided for any loss or damage resulting from such modifications.
9.3 All decisions made by Senheng with respect to the PlusOne Prime Membership are final and binding.
9.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and promotional materials or advertisements, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
