No, this is actually the best time to plan your design, manage your budget, and avoid delays later.

5. I have no design ideas. Can SHC help me?

Yes! Our designers will guide you and create a complete 3D design based on your space, lifestyle, and budget

6. What do I need to prepare before consultation?

A floor plan (JPG/PNG/CAD) is recommended. If unavailable, photos and measurements are sufficient.

7. Will I be able to see a 3D design?

Yes, we provide detailed 3D visuals before production so you know exactly what to expect.

8. What if the final result doesn’t match the design?

Our process follows “What You See Is What You Get”, reducing mismatch risk significantly.

9. Is pricing transparent?

Yes, pricing is based on square footage, ensuring clear and flexible costing with no hidden charges.

10. Do I need to pay anything to proceed?

Yes, a RM1,000 deposit is required for site measurement and detailed design.

11. How does payment work?

80% upfront to start production and 20% before delivery/installation

12. Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we provide flexible financing, including instalment plans and loan options (subject to approval).

13. What happens after I pay the deposit?

A Project Manager will arrange a site measurement visit and your design will be refined accordingly.

14. Can I revise my design?

Yes, up to 3 revisions are allowed before final confirmation.

15. What happens after I confirm the design?

You will sign the agreement and your project will proceed to production.

16. How can I track my order?

You can track your order and delivery status via the Senheng App.

17. When will my items be delivered?

Delivery timing will be arranged and updated by the merchant via the system and you may view it in our Senheng app.

18. Who handles delivery and installation?

Delivery and installation are managed by appointed merchants and SHC team.

19. Are the materials suitable for Malaysia weather?

Yes, we use moisture-resistant boards and durable materials, designed for Malaysia’s climate.

20. Is it safe and environmentally friendly?

Yes, we use Super E0 boards with ultra low formaldehyde, making it safe for your family.

21. Do you provide warranty and after-sales support?

Yes, all products come with warranty and dedicated after-sales support for peace of mind.
