Terms & Conditions

1. All applicants for PlusOne® Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled for S-Coin, except for PlusOne Corporate membership. Each NRIC is allowed to register for one S-Coin Account only.
2. Every 100 S-Coin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate may be subjected to change due to unforeseen economic circumstances, prior to change which will be announced 3 days in advance by Senheng.
3. Account holder(s) can enjoy unlimited redemption amounts for his/her purchase(s) through the following Special Campaigns: RedeemPLUS+, My Rewards My Choice, and our Senheng App S-Coin Rewards Centre.
4. PlusOne members can earn up to RM10,000 worth of S-Coin per month. Any additional S-Coin more than RM10,000 will be automatically deducted from S-Coin account.
5. The amount of S-Coin Account holder accumulated will be recorded in each account holder’s S-Coin Account. When an account holder wishes to redeem a number of S-Coin, the said number of S-Coin will be deducted from the balance last recorded, with the oldest S-Coin earned being deducted first.
6. All account holders redeeming S-Coin are REQUIRED to be present and to present their IC for verification.
7. Only PlusOne members (Classic/e-Classic/Lady/Gold/LadyGold/Lazada) are eligible to perform S-Coin redemption.
8. PlusOne Basic members are required to convert their membership to Classic/e-Classic/Lady to redeem S-Coin.
9. All applicable taxes on S-Coin, e-vouchers or services in connection with the S-Coin Programme will be the responsibility of the account holder.
10. S-Coin is NOT convertible to cash.
11. S-Coin CANNOT be used to pay for replacement warranty, screen crack warranty, bills, reload prepaid plans, transport delivery fees, service installation fees, purchase gift cards, Members Day redemption item, purchases made on Senheng online stores or items restricted by Senheng.
12. Any S-Coin which is not used within 24 months from the date of issue will automatically expire and be deducted from the S-Coin Account.
13. If a refund is requested (and allowed under Senheng’s Cancellation or Return/Exchange Policy), any S-Coins redeemed will be credited back to the S-Coin account within 14 business days.
14. The manner and number of ways in which S-Coin may be earned shall be determined by Senheng at its discretion.
15. If abuse or breach of T&Cs occurs, Senheng reserves the right to suspend/remove S-Coin without notice.
16. Account holder(s) can leave the Programme at any time but waive the right to any accrued S-Coin.
17. All decisions by Senheng are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
18. Senheng reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

1. Valid from 1 – 31 Dec 2025 only; expired vouchers will be void.
2. Not exchangeable for cash.
3. Redeemable for any available products except insurance, reload coupons, and gift cards.
4. Up to 3 same festive vouchers can be redeemed per transaction (offline stores only).
5. Can be combined with S-Coin.
6. Can be combined with brand, repurchase, accessories, and trade-in vouchers.
7. No refund/change if purchase value is less than voucher value.
8. Voucher is non-transferable and for PlusOne® Member use only.
9. Voucher is not renewable once expired.

5. Can be combined with S-Coin.
6. Can be combined with brand, repurchase, accessories, and trade-in vouchers.
7. No refund/change if purchase value is less than voucher value.

Product Vouchers

1. Voucher is valid from 1 Sep – 30 Nov 2025 only. Expired vouchers will be void.
2. Not exchangeable for cash.
3. Redeemable for ONE (1) product only from the approved product list.
4. Not valid for insurance, reload coupons, or gift cards.
5. Cannot be combined with S-Coin, brand, repurchase, accessories, or trade-in vouchers.
6. Can be combined with Members’ Day voucher.
7. If purchase exceeds voucher value, balance must be paid; no refund/change if less.
8. Products are first-come-first-served, while stocks last.
9. Voucher is non-transferable and for PlusOne® Member use only.
