Home Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia takes 3-7 working days, unless stated otherwise. East Malaysia delivery may take up to 21 working days. Store Pickup: Peninsular Malaysia pickup within 3-7 working days, East Malaysia pickup within 3-14 working days. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Note: During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchange
You can return or request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect items include those that are not what you ordered, with different models or colors, or missing parts. Damaged items are those found damaged upon receipt, while defective items do not function as described by the manufacturer. Certain items like fridges and washing machines are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt, in new condition and original packaging with all accessories and free gifts. Packaging must be unused and unmarked. Items must be unused and securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronics, unless found defective at the time of opening.
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
You can return the item by sending it to your nearest Senheng showroom for small items. For large appliances, a driver will be assigned to pick the item from your doorstep.
Returned items must meet the following requirements: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt), in new condition and its original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. The item must be unused or not installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items, unless our service center can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect items include those that differ in model or color from the order summary, have missing items or parts in the packaging, are damaged upon receipt, or are defective as described by the manufacturer. *Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as fridge and washing machine due to hygiene issues.
Orders & Payment
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated. If the product still shows “in-stock“ but you couldn't purchase it. Please contact our customer service for further verification.
The payment options available are by direct debit or credit card.
All credit cards issued from major banks in Malaysia are accepted.
Vouchers & Promotions

It varies according to each promotion and campaigns we are running. Voucher validity is usually displayed within the promotion / campaign page.
It will no longer be valid and deemed unusable.

Replacement warranty allows you to get one-to-one replacement should your item is found to be defective within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement. It's solely eligible for valid PlusOne members and applicable to small items like ovens, toasters, hair dryers, shavers, etc.
