RM700 Thank You Voucher Terms and Conditions

Redemption Period: 22 July 2026, 9:00pm to 13 August 2026, 11:59pm
  1. Customers who purchase an eligible model will be entitled to one (1) Samsung “Thank You Voucher” worth RM700.
  2. The Samsung “Thank You Voucher” is limited to the first 300 eligible devices purchased during the promotion period.
  3. Eligible models include:
    • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra 256GB, 512GB or 1TB
    • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 256GB, 512GB or 1TB
    • Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 256GB or 512GB
  4. Redemption is limited to one (1) “Thank You Voucher” code per eligible device, per transaction.
  5. The Samsung “Thank You Voucher” is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. The Samsung “Thank You Voucher” cannot be used or stacked with other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.

Samsung Reservation+ Voucher Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: 8 July 2026, 7:00am to 24 July 2026, 11:59pm, or on a first-come, first-served basis.
Redemption Period: 22 July 2026, 9:00pm to 13 August 2026, 11:59pm
  1. Customers who purchase the Samsung Reservation+ Voucher from participating stores or channels by paying RM50 during the promotion period will receive one voucher code worth RM250 (“SR+ Voucher Code”).
  2. The SR+ Voucher Code is only valid for the pre-order of eligible Next Galaxy foldable devices unveiled during Galaxy Unpacked in July 2026.
  3. Smartwatches are excluded from the Samsung Reservation+ Promotion.
  4. Redemption is limited to one (1) SR+ Voucher Code per device, per transaction.
  5. The SR+ Voucher is channel-specific and can only be redeemed through the same sales channel where it was purchased.
  6. SR+ Vouchers purchased at a Senheng or senQ retail store are only redeemable at Senheng or senQ retail stores.
  7. SR+ Vouchers purchased at a Senheng or senQ retail store are not valid for redemption on:

    • Senheng App
  8. SR+ Vouchers purchased through senheng.com.my are only redeemable on senheng.com.my.
  9. SR+ Vouchers purchased through senheng.com.my are not valid for redemption on:

    • Senheng or senQ retail stores
  10. SR+ Vouchers purchased through senq.com.my are only redeemable on senq.com.my.

  12. SR+ Vouchers are non-transferable between redemption channels. Redemption through any channel other than the original purchase channel will not be accepted.
  13. The SR+ Voucher Code will be forfeited if it is not redeemed during the redemption period.
  14. The SR+ Voucher Code is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  15. Unless otherwise stated, the SR+ Voucher Code cannot be used or stacked with other promotional offers.

HSBC Bank Promotion

  1. The offer is only applicable at Senheng and senQ retail stores.
  2. The offer is only applicable to purchases of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Flip8.
  3. To enjoy this offer, payment must be made via HSBC/HSBC Amanah Card Instalment Plan with a minimum spend of RM3,800 with HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i issued from Malaysia.
  4. The redemption is valid from 11 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, or until all 50 eligible redemptions have been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
  5. Limited to one (1) instant rebate, one (1) unit Galaxy Fit3 & one (1) unit Cleaning Kit per eligible device per transaction.
  6. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other bank instant rebate or bank promotion.

  4. The redemption is valid from 11th August 2026 to 31st August 2026, or until all 200 eligible redemptions have been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
  5. A minimum spend of RM2,000 in a single transaction is required to qualify for the instant rebate.
  6. Both one-time payment (one swipe) and instalment payment options are accepted.
  7. Limited to one (1) instant rebate per eligible device per transaction.
  8. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other bank instant rebate or bank promotion.

  4. The redemption is valid from 11th August 2026 to 31st August 2026, or until all 100 eligible redemptions have been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.

Atome Buy Now Pay Later Promotion

  1. Vouchers are valid only on the Atome mobile application. Promo codes are valid only on the Atome website and mobile application.
  2. Users must download the latest version of Atome mobile application to utilise the voucher/promo codes.
  3. Voucher is only valid for Senheng store or senQ in store transaction.
  4. 10% OFF voucher minimum spend of RM2,500 is required. Can be used online or in-store.
  5. Use of any voucher/promo code must be indicated at the time of payment, and all information required by Atome must be provided. No retroactive use of the voucher/promo code is permitted.
  6. Each payment transaction may only use one voucher or one promo code.
  7. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/promo codes are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  8. Vouchers/promo codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. If an order is less than the value of the voucher/promo code, no refund or residual credit will be returned.
  9. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher/promo codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those voucher/promo codes in addition to these terms.
  10. Atome may exclude individual brands from voucher/promo codes in accordance with our sales strategies.
  11. Atome reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher/promo codes, where the vouchers/promo codes are used in the following circumstances.
  12. Suspicious or fraudulent use;
  13. Voucher/promo code abuse, including vouchers/promo codes redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/or
  14. Vouchers/promo codes used in bad faith
  15. Resale, transfer and sharing of voucher/promo codes are strictly prohibited.
  16. Atome, its affiliates and participating brands assumes no liability for the loss, theft or ineligibility of voucher/promo codes.
  17. Atome and its affiliates (where applicable) reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
  18. Atome’s and its affiliates’ (where applicable) decision on all matters relating to promotions, discount, voucher/promo codes and other privileges is final and binding.
