    1. This promotion starts from 1 July to 31 December 2019.
  3. Where can I sign up for this promotion ?
    1. You can sign up at any Senheng Outlets and senQ Digital Stations.
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for this promotion ?
    1. This promotion is open to New and MNP customers port in their numbers.
  5. I am an existing Amazing8 customer with 3 months contract remaining. Am I allowed to sign up for this phone bundle promotion ?
    1. No, you cannot.
  6. Is there any Registration Fee required for this promotion ?
    1. Yes, you will need to pay RM50 Registration Fee to sign up for this promotion.
  7. Is there any device upfront payment required for this promotion ?
    1. There is no upfront payment required for the device(s). The device is given to you for FREE when you subscribe to a redONE SMART68-24M plan.
  8. Is there any advance payment required for this promotion ?
    1. Yes. You will need to pay a 3-month commitment fee in advance (RM220 inclusive of 6% Service Tax). However, the advance payment will be used to offset your monthly bill from redONE.
  9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion ?
    1. Yes, this promotion is subject to a contract period of 24 months.
  10. Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this promotion ?
    1. This is a subsidised device and Postpaid plan bundle promotion from redONE and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE customer for a set period of time.
  11. I signed up for this promotion. What happens when if I exceeded the allocated monthly data quota ?
    1. Once you have exceeded the monthly allocated data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps, depending on your location and current network condition.
  12. Can I port in my number from other telco operator to enjoy this offer ?
    1. Yes, you can.
  13. Do I need to pay for the advance payment when I request to port in my line to this promotion ?
    1. No, the advance payment will be collected after the MNP port in request is successful. You will need to go back to the Senheng Outlets and senQ Digital Stations where you requested for the line to be ported in.
  14. My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid ?
    1. You will need to go back to the Senheng Outlets and senQ Digital Stations which registered the port-in line for the refund.
  15. After I have signed up for this promotion, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data quota ?
    1. No, you cannot upgrade your monthly data quota. However, you can purchase Data Top Up to enjoy the 4G LTE speed once you have fully utilised your plan’s monthly data quota.
  16. What happens if I terminated my Postpaid line within the contract period ?
    1. You will incur the early termination penalty as per your signed contract. The early termination penalty will be RM500. If you take a premium number, the early termination penalty will be RM68 x the balance of the contract month(s).
  17. How can I check the stock availability in Senheng Outlets and senQ Digital Stations ? Will this information be available in your Senheng and senQ website?
    1. No, the information is not available in the redONE, Senheng and senQ website. Please walk in to the nearest Senheng Outlets and senQ Digital Stations to check on stock availability.
  18. What is the warranty period of the device(s) ?
    1. All device(s) comes with the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty period.
  19. If my phone is faulty, where can I go to repair it ?
    1. For any after sales enquiries, customers must refer back to the manufacturer and visit authorised Support Centre.
    1. All prices displayed exclude Service Tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
    2. This promotion is only applicable to NEW and MNP port-in users only. Corporate and M2M lines are not eligible for this promotion.
    3. Only lines successfully registered and successfully ported-in will receive the device.
    4. Monthly access fee for the SMART68-24M plan is only for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
    5. Unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on https://www.redone.com.my/legal/fair_use_policy.
    6. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
    7. Deposit is waived for the default credit limit. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.
    8. RM220 advance payment (including service tax) is required for SMART68-24M plan. This advance payment is paid via Cash or Credit Card.
    9. The SMART68-24M customers first bill will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage price are as below:

  1. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  2. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
  3. Customer cannot change their plan during the 24-months contract period. Any change plan while contracted, the customer will be charged a penalty of RM500. If you take a premium number, the early termination penalty will be RM68 x the balance of the contract month(s).
  4. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  5. The Device Models and Free Gifts are while stocks last.
  6. redCALL
    1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
    2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the SMART68-24M Postpaid plan and is not optional.
    3. Unlimited voice calls include :
      1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
      2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
    4. Calls excluded from the unlimited voice calls include :
      1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
      2. Calls to special and premium numbers
      3. Video calls
      4. IDD calls
    5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
    6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the SMART68-24M Pospaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically terminated.
    7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be :
      1. Re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia.
      2. Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application).
      3. Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours.
      4. Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling.
      5. Used for call centre and telemarketing.
      6. Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication.
  7. redVIDEO
    1. The redVIDEO recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) offers 10GB high speed video streaming to be used anytime of the day on 16 redVIDEOchannels until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO data quota is fully utilised. Once the customer has fully utilised the 10GB data quota, he/she can purchase the 1 time Add-on redVIDEO VAS.
    2. The redVIDEO VAS is bundled with the SMART68-24M Postpaid plan and is not optional.
    3. The 10GB 4G LTE data can only be used for streaming 16 redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available monthly allocated high speed data.
    4. The redVIDEO VAS will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redVIDEO data will not be carried forward to the following month.
    5. redVIDEO can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subject to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas partners.
    6. The redVIDEO auto-recurring VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
    7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from SMART68-24M Postpaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redVIDEO will be automatically terminated.
