    1. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 | 10+ Pre-Order Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (629186D) ("Samsung"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Samsung offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
    2. Customer agrees to comply with all the above when accessing or using this site. The scope of this Terms and Conditions is limited to Samsung's role of hosting this site and organising this Campaign only.
    3. By participating in the Campaign and with every pre-order of Samsung Galaxy Note10 or Samsung Galaxy Note10+ at Samsung Experience Store ("SES") and participating outlets, Customer will be entitled to promotions as per below:
      1. a)Promotion A: Pre-Order Samsung Galaxy Note10 (256GB) to be entitled to Free Gifts worth RM1,058 which consists of one (1) Galaxy Buds (RRP RM 499), one (1) Wireless Battery Pack (RRP RM 279), and one (1) Protection Plus (RRP RM280), which consists of 1-year extended protection with 1-time screen crack protection.
      2. b)Promotion B: Pre-Order Samsung Galaxy Note10+ (256GB) to be entitled to Free Gifts worth RM1,159 which consists of one (1) Wireless Battery Pack (RRP RM 279), one (1) Protection Plus (RRP RM280), which consists of 1-year extended protection with 1-time screen crack protection, and Free upgrade to Samsung Galaxy Note10+ (512GB) value up to RM600.


    Duration:
  1. The Campaign will run from 8th August 2019, 17:00:00 to 18th August 2019, 23:59:59. Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.


  2. Eligibility:
  3. The Promotion is open to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above (as at January 2019 with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers. One Customer is only entitled to pre-order one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy Note10.


  4. Payment
  5. Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88. Customer is not allowed to cancel the Pre-Order, change the selected device color or model and the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88. Deposit of RM300.00 is not refundable and not transferrable. Customer shall pay the balance amount for the Samsung Galaxy Note10 directly to the selected store upon collection.

  7. e.g. RRP RM 3,699 - RM 300.00 (Deposit) = RM 3,399 Delivery & Collection The collection period of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 pre-order will be announced on the 22nd August 2019. In the event Customer failed to collect the Galaxy Note10 within the 30 days period from the order date (Booking date), the deposit amount will be forfeited.

By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Senheng's Privacy Policy available at http://www.senheng.com.my/privacy-notice Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or revise or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.

    P1 Benefit:
  11. (P1 - EXTRA 1 YEAR WARRANTY) How can I enjoy extra 1 year warranty? New Member = You need to sign up for our P1 membership (here) and pay a membership fee of RM12. Upon successful sign up, login to your account and start to make the Pre-Order purchase in order to ensure that your pre-order entitles for the Extra 1 Year Warranty. Existing Member = You need to ensure that you login to your account and start to make the Pre-Order purchase in order to ensure that your pre-order entitles for the Extra 1 Year Warranty. If I have opted to purchase the Pre-Order with store pick-up and I am interested to sign up a P1 membership during collection of my pre-order. Will I be able to do so to enjoy Extra 1 Year warranty? We are happy to assist however we can’t process this request as this will affect your Pre-order Galaxy Note10’s warranty duration to change from 2+1 Warranty to 1+1 Warranty.

  13. What is the warranty for this Pre-Order Samsung Galaxy Note10 purchase? Non P1 member = Customer who is non P1 member will only entitle 2 years manufacturer warranty plus 1 time screen crack protection warranty restricted to first 12 months validity. (2 years) P1 member = Customer who is already an active P1 member will enjoy 2-years manufacturer warranty including first year screen crack protection warranty, and on top, addition 1-year P1 warranty from Senheng. (2 years + 1 year) After purchasing the pre-order and receiving my device, how do I activate the warranty? The warranty of the device will start after the order has been invoiced and as of when the device has been activated. If I decided to cancel my order or decide to change the device color during store pick up. Will this affect warranty? Yes, warranty will not be carried forward. This mean manufacturer warranty will be only 1 year as oppose to 2 years offered during Pre-Order. P1 member however still enjoy 1-year manufacturer warranty and 1-year P1 warranty from Senheng. Note that, screen crack protection warranty will still be valid.


  14. Payment:
  15. (AEON EASY PAYMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my pre-order (Using store pick-up with RM300 deposit) via AEON Easy Payment? Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for Easy Payment application. Kindly note that “Galaxy Note10 Pre-Order Booking” (Deposit) is only valid for 30 days and your order will be cancelled if exceed beyond 30 days. Please note: this option is only available if you are making the pre order purchase with store pick-up option (RM300 Deposit) (0% INTEREST INSTALMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my pre-order via Instalment? Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for up to 24 months 0% Interest Instalment payment via all major banks. Please note: this option is only available if you are making the pre order purchase with store pick-up option (RM300 Deposit)


  16. Trade In:
  17. (TRADE IN) Can I trade-in my used mobile device to offset the total payment of Galaxy Note10 Pre-Order? Yes, you must proceed to make the pre-order purchase online with store pick-up by paying RM300 as pre-order booking fee. During store-pick-up, you just need to surrender your used mobile device to off-set the balance payment. Trade-in T&Cs apply.


  18. Others:
  19. (ACCESSORIES) During store pick-up, can I purchase Galaxy Note10 related accessories? Yes you can, all you need to do is to speak to our in-store sales personnel to process the order for you. (VCARE) What is VCARE? VCare is an optional extended warranty provided by Senheng for our P1 members. The extended warranty cover an additional 2 years on top of all warranty stated above (2+1 years), meaning a total of 5 years warranty coverage. However, P1 members are required to purchase VCare in order to extend the warranty during purchase. (VCARE) During store pick-up, can I purchase V-Care for my pre-order Samsung Galaxy Note10? Yes you can, however during your pre-order purchase, you need to ensure that you login to your P1 account to make the pre-order purchase. Any P1 sign-up during store pick-up, benefits will not be extended to the pre-order. Same applies on V-Care purchase.
