Participants are allowed to submit more than one (1) entry. To participate, participants must comply with each of the following:

Participants have to follow the instruction (no.4) of the contest to be qualified as a contestant.
Each participant is entitled to win ONE Prize only throughout the campaign.
The announcement of 25 winners will be made within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
Winners will be selected by Senheng® Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd based on the participants’ submission creativity.
The creativity of the photo/video will be judged by the Organiser’s panel of judges. The decision of the judges is final and no enquiries, verbal or written shall be entertained.
The winners must be a PlusOne member that has received the valid invoice issued by Senheng.
Participants confirm to be the rightful owner of any and all intellectual property rights related to the uploaded or sent material. By sending, each participant shall transfer ownership to the Organiser as well as comprehensive rights to use the material submitted.
Eligible Participants shall additionally agree to appear on the internet, videos, photographs or write-ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials by the Organiser. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use; and to release and discharge the Organiser from any claims in relation to the Organiser's use of likeness or image.
The Participant shall be responsible for the accuracy of the required information. The Organiser shall assume no liability for incomplete and inaccurate information and in the case of indicating false personal information, disqualification will take place.
In order to participate in this contest, it is essential for participants to indicate personal information in a complete manner and that this information is free from error. By participating in a competition, the participant expressively gives the Organiser his/her consent to save and process the required information. Furthermore, the participant expressly gives his/her consent to transfer the data for the purpose of conducting the competition The participant may revoke his/her consent to process and save the information at any time and thereby withdraw from participation.

This contest is open to all HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Cards/-i issued in Malaysia, except the employees of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd and their immediate families, their business partners and suppliers.
Offer is applicable to Senheng outlets nationwide and all products listed via Senheng website http://senheng.com.my/ from 01 March 2022 (12.00am) to 31 May 2022 (11.59pm), Malaysia Time.
This contest will run from 01 March 2022 to 31 May 2022. The Organiser shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period with 3 days notice.
Eligible Cardholders must spend a minimum of RM500 at Senheng Retail Outlets or Online via 0% Instalment Plan in a single receipt on any HSBC/HSBC Amanah's credit card/-i to qualify.
There will be a total of five (5) winners who will win a Samsung TV 65” 4K UHD Smart TV.
The Eligible Cardholder can receive a maximum of one (1) unit of the prize throughout the Promotion Period.
At the end of the Promotion Period, five (5) Eligible Cardholders will be selected as Potential Winners in accordance with the selection process below:
- Each Contest Entry will be assigned a serial number, which is allocated sequentially starting from 1 for the smallest serial number to the largest.
- Potential Winners will receive an SMS notifying them that they stand a chance to win the Prize, and are subjected to answer a question via SMS correctly. He/she must answer/reply to the question via SMS within 5 days from the date of receipt of the SMS in order to be entitled to receive the Prize.
- Potential Winners must answer one (1) question correctly to receive the Prize. Any Potential Winner who fails to answer the question correctly/fails to respond within the given time frame will not receive the Prize.
Eligible Cardholders can only win one (1) Prize under this Promotion and the Prize will be given to the primary Eligible Cardholder only.
In the event of a prize giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at his/her own expense to collect the prize. If the winner is not able to attend, the winner must nominate a representative to be present and accept the prize on his/her behalf. - The Eligible Cardholder shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Promotion.
