Free Breakdown Assistance

-24 hours breakdown assistance is applicable to customers who purchase the additional coverage of Windscreen, Special Perils and Strike, Riot & Civil Commotion. This assistance is provided by Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd (“AAN”) and AAM (RescueCare).

Agreed Value

-For all legitimate claims, we will pay you the agreed amount as specified in the schedule of the policy in the event your vehicle is stolen or totally destroyed.

Additional Coverage

Windscreen

-With this cover, any claims for breakage of windscreen or any window glass at your car will not affect your No Claims Discount (NCD). In addition, excess will not apply. The premium is 15% of the windscreen value.

Special Perils

-Your motor policy does not cover damage by flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, Storm, Tempest, Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake, Tsunami, and Landslide, Landslip or other convulsion of nature. The premium for this additional cover is 0.50% of your vehicle sum insured.

Strike, Riot, Civil Commotion

-The premium coverage for this coverage is 0.30% on the vehicle sum insured.
