The Haier ‘Cool Season: Home Upgrade KAW KAW’ Promotion (“Campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them. Occasionally, we will carry out lucky draw when you make purchases for qualifying items, orders or services. The terms and conditions below govern the free gift offers/promotions on this site, we encourage all to read through with care to avoid any misunderstanding and dispute.

1. Campaign Period

This Campaign will commence from 8th May 2026 and ends on 19th July 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Redemption period starts from 8th May 2026 and ends on 24th July 2026. (Invoice last date: 19th July 2026)

2. Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all Haier customers (end-users) in Malaysia aged 18 years old and above (“Participant”).
  2. Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members thereof are not eligible to participate.
  3. Haier reserves the right to revoke the registration of any Participant found to be ineligible to join the Draw.

3. Campaign Mechanic – Digital Lucky Draw

This Campaign consists of Digital Lucky Draw and Gift with Purchase.

Process

  1. Purchase Haier’s product: Participant shall purchase the selected Haier Product stated below from Haier authorized dealer shop, throughout the Campaign Period.
  2. Scan QR code and submit Lucky Draw form: Participant is required to submit a Lucky draw form or scan the provided QR Code and upload the proof of purchase. One invoice/receipt with purchase any selected model equivalent to one (1) draw entry only. Only one (1) prize per invoice per entry is allowed. Participant may submit multiple invoices to get multiple entries. Redemption period: 8 May – 24 July 2026.
  3. Automated Random Selection: Winners are selected via automated selection system. If Haier is unable to reach the Winners after 3 attempts in 3 days via email/Facebook/WhatsApp, the Winners shall be disqualified. The Winner cannot be represented by any other person. All prize(s) are valid within the Campaign Period only. Haier reserves the right to request relevant documentation or proof of identification, age, and residence.
  4. Winner Announcement: Winners will be posted on Haier Official Facebook page.

4. Prizes / Gifts

Prizes vary depending on product purchased:

  • Liverpool Trip for 6 days, 5 nights (6 winners) – Flight, Hotel, Liverpool Football Match ticket (Trip on August or September 2026)
  • 1-year Electricity Bill worth RM5,000 (10 winners)
  • Convenience store vouchers – RM1,000 x3, RM500 x10, RM200 x15 (28 winners)
  • *Haier reserves the rights to change the lucky draw gifts

5. Prize Collection – Digital Lucky Draw

  1. Prizes awarded within 7 days from announcement; timeline may change.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted with other items, cash, or credit.
  3. Prizes first-come, first-served while stock lasts.
  4. Returned items must include gift to qualify for refund.
  5. Winners must abide by prize providers’ T&C.
  6. Haier not liable for loss/damage post collection.
  7. Air Cond lucky draw winners: monthly electricity bill reimbursement capped at RM5,000; submit bills by 7th of each month.

6. Campaign Mechanic – Gift with Purchase

  1. Purchase selected Haier Products at authorized dealers.
  2. Each purchase entitled to one Free Gift; limited quantity, first-come, first-served.
  3. Redemption period: 8 May – 24 July 2026 (Invoice last date: 19 July 2026).
  4. Submit redemption form or scan QR Code with proof of purchase and product serial number.

  1. Purchase selected Haier Products at authorized dealer shops.
  2. Minimum purchase entitles participant to Mix & Match reward; limited quantity, first-come, first-served.
  3. Redemption period: 8 May – 24 July 2026 (Invoice last date: 19 July 2026).
  4. Submit redemption form or scan QR Code with invoice and product series number.

9. General Terms and Conditions

  1. Haier reserves the right to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate Campaign at its discretion.
  2. All gifts valid only during Campaign Period; claims beyond period void.
  3. Participants cannot claim compensation for any changes or termination.
  4. Haier may disqualify participants who do not comply or tamper with Campaign.
  5. Haier may substitute any prize with items of similar value.
  6. Gifts are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  7. Haier’s decision on all matters is final and binding.
  8. Any variation of T&C is binding and will be notified on website/social media.
  9. Participants consent to Haier collecting/using personal data per Privacy Notice (www.haier.com/my).
  10. Haier is not liable for losses or damages due to participation or force majeure.
  11. T&C governed by Malaysia laws; subject to Malaysian courts.
