Q: When does the pre order begins?
A: It'll begin from xx Jan 2017 onwards till all units are sold out.

Q: When can I expect to receive my pre-order unit?
A: Delivery will start from xx Jan 2017 onwards and will be following our usual delivery policy.

Q: What do I get for pre-ordering the Galaxy A?
A: You will be receiving a free Samsung clear cover, Samsung screen protector, Samsung Bluetooth Headset, Micro USB Cable + Type C Adapter. Extra 1 year warranty is also applicable for PlusOne members. For non-members, registration is available at Senheng webpage; joining fee of RM12 is chargeable.

Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: You can choose to pay via credit card, debit card or direct transfer via online banking facilities.

Q: Any instalment options available?
A: Instalment options up to 24 months with 0% interest are available and different handling fee rates are chargeable for different credit cards.

Q: What if I can’t get my phone by xx Jan 2017?
A: We’ll strictly follow up to ensure every unit will be delivered on time. Otherwise, we’ll be offering a RM25 e-voucher for your next purchase as a compensation.

Q: What if my stock has gone missing or lost?
A: In case of lost or missing case, we will follow up with the respective courier company with consignment number, followed by police report in order to track the IMEI no. If any case, we will replace with a new set if the previous set is confirmed missing. The whole process may take up to several months.
