BUYERS of electrical and electronic goods can now opt to buy a replacement programme plan.
Senheng Electric has recently introduced its One to One Replacement Programme, an exclusive plan under which every customer who buys any of its replacement warranty products at any Senheng outlet or senQ Digital Stations, will receive a new item as replacement for the purchase if it is found to be faulty within the two-year warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions.
And, the premium can be as low as RM1!
According to the Senheng Electric managing director Lim Kim Heng, the programme is being introduced with the 3S objectives in mind – Secure, Superb and Save.
“We want our valued customers to feel secure when they buy and use electrical appliances from our stores,” Lim added.
Besides, the hassle-free in-stant replacement will ensure that customers save cost and time, as they will no longer need to wait for the faulty product to be repaired or buy a new one.
