In our efforts to further improve and increase profitability and customer satisfaction, a comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) system has been implemented into the day-to-day operations of our business. This system lets us better gauge supply & demand; enabling us to manage product flow seamlessly.
Our SCM system allows us to continuously maintain optimum stock of goods at all our stores; minimising overstocking and low supply. This is done via a centralised order management system that is linked online, directly to all our suppliers.
Above and beyond all that, our SCM system ensures our customers convenience whenever they visit our outlets and prompt delivery of all their purchases, all the time.

Nationwide delivery and service

Senheng® has more than 60 stores spread throughout the length and breadth of the country. This web of stores lets customers reach us wherever they may be.
With distribution centres located in Penang, Ipoh and Selangor, our customers are assured consistent and punctual delivery of all purchased items. This, coupled with our Central Delivery Management (CDM) system, guarantees timely shipment of goods from warehouse to stores to customers.
Our CDM system gives us online access that enables us to easily monitor and track stock levels in all our stores. With this information in hand, we are able to supply our stores instantaneously when stock is low - our warehouse trucks make daily trips to all our outlets. This way, our customers will never have to wait for their purchases because it's all readily available at our stores.
Having stores spread across Malaysia not only gives our customers access to quality and value-for-money home appliances, but also to our service technicians. Whenever our customers send an item in for repair, they can rest assured of speedy expedition of their items, as repair items are sent to our repair centres daily.

Over the past few years, Senheng® has been through many changes. These changes were made to offer our customers a more convenient and unique shopping experience as well as better value each and every time they shop at Senheng® stores.

A new outlook

To create a more streamlined look and feel for all our stores, Senheng® now bears a brand new corporate look. This new identity spans across the board, from our brochures and posters to our store signage as well as uniforms.
This exercise has given Senheng® a friendlier image, and at the same time, enabled us to offer more professional service to our customers. Be it young or old, now all our customers leave with a smile on their faces, knowing that they've been attended to with care and they are taking home quality appliances.
In June 2002, Senheng® launched its revolutionary Senheng® PlusOne® loyalty programme - a unique plan to reward its faithful customers. All our cardmembers have been enjoying the best value and benefits that's unavailable elsewhere; making it something 'Different... Truly Different™' - Senheng® 's new market position.

To ensure this, all Senheng® Sales Personnel underwent a stringent training programme to enhance service professionalism as well as product knowledge.

Fixed Price Store

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, Senheng® has introduced a fixed price policy throughout its stores. This standardisation effort promotes consistency and offers the best value to customers.
With the implementation of this policy, haggling and bargaining have been eliminated, giving Senheng® a more professional image, and to its customers, greater value and an enjoyable time spent at Senheng®.

Senheng® is now Bigger & Brighter!

Senheng® 's new concept flagship store at Pandan Jaya, Cheras was the first of an arsenal of 'truly different' electrical chain of stores to be deployed nationwide. Today, there are several of these face-lifted stores around Malaysia.
Adorned with Senheng® 's trademark green, red and white colours, these stores are bigger and brighter that the usual electrical store. These 'new' stores boast wider aisles and showcase a larger array of products.
This concept of a larger store lets customer browse through all its goods conveniently and with peace of mind.
